What: The 6th annual WOD 4 Toys 4 Tots is a team competition benefiting the Toys for Tots foundation. Teams consist of two males and two females.

POWER to Empower 2017
Where: CrossFit Pandora’s Box When: December 2 (4 p.m.)
What: A charity WOD organized by Colorado Powerchics and hosted by CrossFit Pandora’s Box, POWER to Empower benefits the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado. Participation is free, but five dollar donations are suggested.

What: A competition for two-person teams raising funds for the Jessica Ridgeway Foundation, which exists to support animal and youth initiatives in memory of Jessica.

Jingle All the Weights 2017
Where: Fort Collins CrossFit When: December 9
What: A partner competition for teams consisting of one male and one female with both Rx and Scaled divisions. The event benefits the Realities for Children Santa’s Workshop. Participants are asked to bring donations.

The 2017 Hafla-Strong Challenge
Where: CrossFit SoCo When: December 9
What: A charity event in memory of Justin Hafla, who passed away from cancer in 2016. This year, the challenge benefits HopeKids Colorado and Angels of America’s Fallen, both of which aid struggling kids.

Iron Sharpens Iron 2017
Where: CrossFit KADA When: December 9
What: A charity partner competition (male and female divisions, Rx and scaled) benefiting Open Door Ministries. Ten percent of athlete registration will go toward new coats, hats, and gloves, which will be distributed in downtown Denver by CrossFit KADA in partnership with Open Door Ministries the Sunday following the competition.

12 Days of Christmas Charity WOD
Where: CrossFit LoDo When: December 16
What: A charity WOD featuring everyone’s favorite “12 Days of Christmas” WOD. This year proceeds go to Urban Peak, which serves youth in Denver and Colorado Springs who are experiencing homelessness.

Where: CrossFit Frontier (Cheyenne, WY) When: January 20
What: A one-day CrossFit competition for youth ages 5 through 18 (ages are divided into five groups). Registration opens December 1.

FrostFit Team Challenge 2018

What: A day-long competition for teams of two (M/M, F/F, M/F) featuring three WODs and a floater. Space is limited to 75 teams, so sign up sooner than later.

What: Prep for this year’s CrossFit Open by participating in this event made up of three past Open workouts. Competition slots are limited to 20 men and 20 women.

Women’s WOD Jam
Where: CrossFit Profectus When: February 3
What: The 6th annual Women’s WOD Jam is a women’s competition for two-person teams. There’s an open division and an Rx division. Cost is $165 per team.
Registration opens December 1.

Bumper Plate Date
Where: Big Thompson CrossFit When: February 3
What: A one-day partner competition (1 male, 1 female) involving three WODs. All profits go to help Windsor Eagles Weight Lifting Club buy new equipment and compete in USA Weightlifting events.

5th Annual Tuff Love Competition
Where: CrossFit Sanitas When: February 10
What: A partner competition involving three events and one floater. Teams can be male/female or two females, as long as one partner uses male weights.
Registration opens November 30 and closes January 29. Register by January 5 to get a shirt/tank.

Windsor Warrior
Where: O.F.W. CrossFit When: February 17
What: The first competition hosted by O.F.W. CrossFit pits two-person teams against each other in three workouts, one floater, and one final workout.
