Ask yourself, are you constantly testing, or training?) ⁣ ▪️▪️▪️▪️⁣ In the sport of CrossFit it’s not enough to be JUST strong, and its also not enough to be JUST enduring. You have to display both traits under fatigue and maintain a high contraction rate. If you lack this ability, your CrossFit success will be limited. The days of competing at a high level with an excessive amount of one of the said traits have been over for a long time. You must have a long term plan to maximize your potential in all areas of the Strength-speed continuum. You must be highly aerobic, and display great strength. Training is not done in a vacuum, you must ingrate all training aspects at the correct time in order to yield the best results. If you do not know how to do so, GET A COACH WHO DOES.
